Retail Brand Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail operations of consumer electronics brands.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve retail sales and customer service targets.
  • Work closely with brands and retailers to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key retail processes, including daily operation, client enquiries and complains, sales and service process, inventory management, compliance, data and review, etc.
  • Train retail sales associates SOPs regularly
  • Perform retail stores visits regularly to ensure store appearance to meet brand requirements, SOPs executed consistently, etc.
  • Perform retail store performance analysis internally with marketing and logistic teams
  • Ensure all the shops follow the required merchandise display.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
