We are seeking a seasoned retail business analyst/project manager to lead our global retail deployment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives, driving effective collaboration and solution alignment.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis, encompassing interviews, process mapping, and documentation, to inform solution design and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Manage and oversee retail projects within global deployment programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and rollouts of retail systems, including boutiques and infrastructure, to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking processes to optimize solution design and delivery.
  • Lead cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates, escalate issues promptly, and mentor team members to foster knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Support retail solutions and coordinate escalations with technical teams to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, and Sovia inventory tools.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment, and IT service management.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management, and OSS notes investigation.
  • Able to manage project deliverables and maintain detailed records.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.

  • Location: Full Remote (aligned with CET timezone).
  • Contract Duration: 24 months.
