Job Description

We seek a skilled analyst to derive meaningful insights from raw datasets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and manipulate operational data for timely reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, error rates, volume trends) to identify opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to create executive-level reports
  • Ensure reporting outputs align with SLAs and client expectations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
  • 5+ years in a data analysis role, ideally in healthcare operations or business process outsourcing
  • Proven experience working with raw datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
