Our team is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join our Learning and Development department. This role will play a key part in shaping how we design and measure EY learning and learner experiences.

Job Description

The Data Insights Analyst will support evaluating, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of learning initiatives across the firm. They will stay current with latest methods for collecting learning data and insights, foster a culture of continuous learning and development, and work closely with the Learning Insights and Technology Manager.

  1. Collect, analyze, and report on learning data, including engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes.
  2. Create data visualizations using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel to facilitate decision-making.
  3. Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design programs, and enhance outcomes.
  4. Use learning analytics to improve program effectiveness.
  5. Develop scalable data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  6. Automate data collection and reporting to improve efficiency.
  7. Stay updated on learning research, industry trends, and innovative practices.
  8. Utilize AI analytics and Power Automate to streamline workflows and data integration.
  9. Research best practices, benchmarks, and methodologies to inform insights practices.
  10. Collaborate with learning experience, technology, and development teams to translate insights into solutions and ROI data.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, especially in analytics and measurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Advanced IT skills (Excel, Power BI), minimum 1 year in data analytics in learning, degree in Data Analytics or similar, experience with automation, and familiarity with AI-driven analytics are preferred.
