Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a section of the construction project, ensuring that all designs are executed in accordance with specifications. This includes reviewing tender documents, IFC files, 2D drawings, and BIM models in line with ISO19650. In addition, they will identify and resolve conflicting design elements through RFIs, CVIs, and workshops.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Technical Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of design review processes and technical coordination.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
