Project Lead Opportunity

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the execution of multiple concurrent construction projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, adherence to safety and quality standards, and alignment with client expectations.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion for multiple fit-out or construction projects.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and service delivery teams to meet project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, and proactively resolve project issues.
  • Lead client walkthroughs, progress reviews, and final handovers with a focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
  • Mentor project-in-charge (PIC) staff and other site leaders, ensuring high performance and alignment to company standards.
  • Prepare executive project reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure punch list closure within 30 days post-turnover.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership for project outcomes.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction project management with experience managing multiple fit-out or civil projects.
