Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in project management gained from the food industry.

  • Licensed Engineer/Architect with advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD.

  • Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants.


  1. Meeting with stakeholders to discuss construction designs and develop a thorough understanding of their requirements.

  2. Drafting mechanical plans for restaurant construction projects and preparing budgets, material documents, and specification lists for management approval.

  3. Acting as an intermediary between stakeholders, contractors, and the construction team to ensure seamless project execution.

  4. Overseeing building contractors and construction crews, monitoring progress, and identifying potential issues early on.

  5. Visiting project sites regularly to verify compliance with regulations and ensuring that the project remains on time and within specifications.

  6. Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets to provide stakeholders with accurate information.

  7. Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete to ensure it meets expectations.
