Job Title: Construction Project Manager

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including cost estimation, forecasting, and tracking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular project updates and analysis to stakeholders, using data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control.
