Project Manager

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, scope, and schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management in large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
