Business Development Manager Opportunity
This role involves driving revenue growth and business expansion on behalf of clients. As a key member of the sales team, you will promote the professional development of sales professionals through coaching and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly
- Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is up-to-date
- Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities
- Monitor and lead team call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories
- Stay current on market developments and keep the team informed on latest directions
- Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues
- Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster strategic relationships
- Work with client contacts on reporting and forecasting
- Ensure the team understands and achieves operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets (CPTs)
- 5+ years proven work experience in a sales role
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in operations and strategy building
- Excellent coaching history
- Proven record of developing and retaining top-performing employees
- Experience maximizing revenue through best practices
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Ability to find solutions as a manager
