Business Financial Analyst Position

The role of Business Financial Analyst is crucial in providing strategic financial support to the organization's Global Services business.

As a key member of the cross-functional team, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to drive business growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting budget owners through planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Tracking and reporting on headcount, labor costs, and other project metrics for Asia Pacific and North America regions.
  • Managing global payroll project spend and regional project status to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring proper cost reporting and communication with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

To be successful in this position, the candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in finance or a related business. Additionally, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Power Automate are highly valued.

Experience with additional tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or UiPath is preferred. Prior FP&A and SAP/TM1 experience is also highly regarded.
