The Chief Finance Officer is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in financial management, leadership, and executive decision-making. Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy Development: Create and execute financial plans that align with the company's objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Establish and maintain accurate budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, investments, and capital structure optimization to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Analysis: Lead financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and collaborate with the executive team to drive growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards, maintaining a strong control environment.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in strategic financial management and excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of financial systems and regulations.
