Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will support the senior leadership team, streamline operations, and ensure effective communication across departments. NResponsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, managing special projects, facilitating executive meetings, and improving internal processes for enhanced productivity. The role demands strategic planning, day-to-day management, and deep engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making competencies
  • Experience with Financial Analysis and Budget Management
  • High level of Discretion and Confidentiality
  • Experience in a tech or finance-related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred
