Executive Assistant to the CEO Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support executive leadership by handling administrative, operational, and marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for executives.
  • Handle email management: draft, respond, and organize communications.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Remind the CEO of upcoming tasks and deadlines.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage digital filing systems.
  • Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials and assets.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and compile information for special projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
