We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a dual-role position that combines operational leadership with client coaching and relationship management.
This hire will enable the founder to focus on marketing strategy and content creation, allowing for enhanced business growth and development.
About the RoleThis role requires a strong ability to manage client relationships, provide coaching and guidance, and lead operations efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Client Management & Coaching:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via calls, texts, and video chats.
- Offer coaching on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and general business growth.
- Provide supportive and assertive guidance to drive client accountability and results.
- Operational Leadership:
- Liaise between clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and execution.
- Build, document, and improve client systems using Go High Level CRM.
- Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through.
- Strategic Support:
- Help clients understand marketing concepts and how to convert leads into paying customers.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to clients and internal team.
- Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency scales.
