
Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to create engaging and effective learning activities that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technology-enhanced learning.
This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet business objectives and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop interactive and immersive learning experiences using various technologies and tools.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations.
- Select the most effective delivery mechanisms, including e-learning, virtual classroom, and face-to-face training.
- Develop clear instructional goals and align content to meet them.
- Create visual instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished products for e-learning courses.
- Integrate learner interactivity through exercises, activities, and assessments to enhance the learning process and experience.
- Create supporting materials and media, such as audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and games.
- Establish modes of assessment, like tests or quizzes, to measure course effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Strong lesson and curriculum planning skills.
- Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies (HTML) and multimedia formats (jpg, mp4, mp3).
- Visual design skills, including proficiency in tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Instructional Design is preferred.
