Design and Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences

As a Learning Program Developer, you will create high-quality learning programs for employees in various roles. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying learning content in partnership with the learning team.
Key Responsibilities- Apply recognized instructional design models to rapidly develop engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online, and virtual modalities.
- Identify best delivery methods for meeting learning objectives and adapt instructional materials created for one format to another.
- Author training material using authoring tools including Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and other common tools.
- Maintain knowledge of latest trends, best practices, and methods as they relate to adult learning theory and learning technologies.
- Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.
- Skilled in all aspects of instructional design including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning.
- Lead others by contributing to learning standards, templates, and best practices, creating prototypes, gathering audience feedback, and modifying the learning experience.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and principles.
- Experience leveraging eLearning authoring tools, particularly the Articulate suite.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Docebo.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- Work from home.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; directly connected into modem; no satellite.
Expected to comply with all applicable policies and procedures.
