We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training delivery.
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients. This includes conducting needs assessments, creating learning objectives, and developing engaging training materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing training programs that meet client needs
- Conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to inform training program development
- Creating learning objectives and measuring outcomes
- Developing engaging training materials, including presentations, interactive modules, and assessments
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
- Strong background in adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
