Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs, both during onboarding and for ongoing capability development.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize established instructional design models to craft high-quality course content and learning activities for various formats, incorporating continuous evaluation and improvement cycles.
- Determine optimal delivery methods to meet learning objectives and adapt instructional materials as needed.
- Develop training material using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and our Learning Management System.
- Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies, leveraging experiential learning to accelerate development.
- Create course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.
- Contribute to learning standards, templates, and best practices.
- Design and test prototypes, gathering audience feedback and modifying the learning experience as needed.
- A self-starter who identifies problems, evaluates options, and initiates solutions.
- Motivated by challenges, with a positive outlook, bias for solutions, and energy for rolling up sleeves and doing what needs to be done.
