Job Title: Learning Experience Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Experience Architect to join our team. As a key member of our learning design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience in creating interactive and immersive learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing learning content using various mediums, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and social learning platforms.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality, accurate, and engaging learning content.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology-enhanced learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning experiences that meet client needs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
