Technical Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating systems: Mac, Linux, Windows.
- Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall administration, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with resolving remote connectivity issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Requirements:
- Experience in supporting Macs.
- Knowledge of routers and firewalls.
- Skill in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting knowledge.
