Accounting Leader

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee our financial operations and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.


  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with operating company controllers to close monthly books, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions, providing expert guidance and counsel.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes to support a fast-growing organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • CPA designation required; relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality results in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Experience
  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to mergers and acquisitions, consolidation, and multi-entity financial reporting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced growth environments, with a proven track record of driving business results and improving operational efficiency.
  • Background in acquisitive companies preferred, but not required.
