Job Description:

As a Senior Business Development Lead at Nityo Infotech, you will play a key role in facilitating weekly project reviews with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders on priorities and schedules. You will manage the project development lifecycle from initiation to closure, tracking and reporting project milestones and providing daily status. Your responsibilities will include working closely with project requestors to outline scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate weekly project reviews with Business, Production, and Engineering Marketing teams to align all stakeholders on priorities and schedules.
• Manage project development lifecycle from initiation to closure, tracking and reporting project milestones and providing daily status.
• Work closely with project requestors to outline scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Elicit requirements and ensure any changes are documented and approved.
• Prepare quality assurance criteria and communicate to the product team.
• Facilitate workshops.
• Perform appropriate analysis using the appropriate tools.
• Approve the delivery of completed work and ensure it meets business requirements.
• Prioritize and assign work as needed for the team.
• Work closely with external contractors or vendors as needed.
• Occasionally work on non-office hours as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading, managing, and working with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of web development cycles.
• Retail and e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, work independent, and work under pressure.
• Convey a positive, 'can-do' attitude towards challenges and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator and strong negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (both verbal and written).
• Magento platform experience prior or current is preferred.
• Must be a team player.
