About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining company relationships with key clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing solutions to clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Meet sales targets and exceed performance expectations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in modern trade
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and build strategic marketing plans
  • Drive and ambition, combined with a positive attitude
  • Experience creating and implementing sales and commercial processes
  • Experience with sales and CRM software like Salesforce and SAP
