Job Description:
  At Nityo Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project development lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.

About the Role:
  As a Senior Business Analyst - Project Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Production, and Engineering Marketing teams, to align priorities and schedules. You will also manage project requestors to outline scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating weekly project reviews to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and schedules
• Managing project development lifecycles from initiation to closure, tracking, and reporting project milestones and providing daily status
• Collaborating with project requestors to define project scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
• Eliciting requirements and documenting changes for approval
• Preparing quality assurance criteria and communicating with the product team
• Facilitating workshops to drive project progress
• Performing analysis using relevant tools and techniques
• Approving delivered work to ensure it meets business requirements
• Prioritizing and assigning tasks as needed for the team
• Collaborating with external contractors or vendors as required
• Occasionally working outside regular office hours as needed

Qualifications:
  To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience leading and managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Strong knowledge of web development cycles
• Retail and e-commerce experience is preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards challenges and strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Magento platform experience prior or current is preferred
• Must be a team player

What We Offer:
  In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
