Claims Functional Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Claims Functional Lead to oversee our returns and claims process.


About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall returns/claims processes, ensuring timely dispatch of parcels, and collaborating with the returns team to minimize claims on returned-to-sender (RTS) items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process strategies and tactical execution to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess manpower needs and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and training to the RTS/Claims team, evaluating their performance and suggesting areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in data management and process improvement tools.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
