The role of the Training Specialist is a crucial part in ensuring that training and assessments happen as per statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include giving feedback and coaching trainees on key job capabilities, updating and developing content as per client and business requirements, ensuring all relevant information is updated on to the MIS trackers regularly, conducting regular TNA / TNI to ensure that programs are updated and developed based on needs identified, sticking to training schedules, developing Question Banks and using all the technology enabled training tools to enhance training quality and participant experience, taking ownership of every training program handled to ensure all benchmarks are met or surpassed, acting as guide and coach of the trainees during the training program, following a regular feedback and coaching plan to help trainees improve, and taking responsibility of ensuring that the trainees understand statutory business requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an Active US Registered Nurse License is required. Previous Training experience in a US Healthcare BPO organization is also necessary. Additionally, 6mos-1 year of experience of US Healthcare Account (Clinical) is required, along with good process and project knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, logical reasoning and analytical skills, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to be amenable to report onsite.
