Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch support to clients via phone, email, and online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, quotations, and order status updates.
  • Assist customers with technical queries and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and order history.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
