Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our key client groups, enhance employee experiences, and drive engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading operational People activities across the employee lifecycle, implementing and embedding regional and global HR strategies, plans, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational People activities across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
  • Implement and embed regional and global HR strategies, plans, and initiatives.
  • Encourage effective use of talent management and performance management systems.
  • Lead the provision of services by appropriate teams.
  • Conduct training or walkthrough sessions in processes or Workday as needed.
Supporting Our Teams
  • Provide support to leaders and overseas staff in recruiting and onboarding new and relocated employees.
  • Ensure smooth transfers occur through induction support, facilitated welcome sessions.
  • Manage the staff exit process, including administering exit interviews and analysis of interview data.
Talent Development and Growth
  • Support leaders and Team Leaders in annual performance review exercises.
Strategic Decision Making
  • Increase understanding and effectiveness of leaders in delivering people outcomes via People policies and/or processes.
  • Responsible for analyzing and applying HR information to assist leaders with making evidence-based decisions.
  • Proactively contribute to developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary People management practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legislation, and best practices, and provide training and coaching to leaders as required.
