Job Title: Organizational Resilience and Security Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Resilience and Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide critical support in the implementation of organizational resilience and security projects, ensuring the effective management of financial resources and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage CAPEX budgets for organizational resilience and security projects, ensuring alignment with long-term investment goals.
  • Monitor and review financial status and cash flow against approved budgets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide regular financial reporting on CAPEX project progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with budget teams to resolve budgetary issues and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchase order issuance, invoice receipt, validation, and payment processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, finance, economics, accounting, law or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project cost estimation and management, financial management, project implementation support, and coordination and planning activities.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and principles, budget monitoring, budget control, cost analyses, and auditing.
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs and applications such as eProcurement, budget management systems, SharePoint, and familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
