Job Opportunity: Acquisitions Analyst

The role of an Acquisitions Analyst is multifaceted and essential in supporting the acquisition and finance teams. Key responsibilities include performing financial analysis and modeling, conducting market research, reviewing offering memoranda and seller-provided materials, preparing high-quality presentation decks, and providing administrative support.

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
  • Review income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide expert market research and analysis for investment decision support.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentation decks to stakeholders.
  • Support property-level due diligence by reviewing lease agreements, rent rolls, and loan documents.
  • Assist in market-level due diligence by analyzing sale and lease comparables and investment trends.
  • Maintain the acquisition pipeline and provide regular updates.

Requirements for this position include a strong educational background, preferably with Latin honors from a reputable university, or relevant degrees in real estate, finance, or accounting. Additionally, proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities, advanced Excel modeling skills, and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are required.
