  • We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for real estate investment and loan processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete loan process, from application through closing. They will serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and ensure that all loan files are accurate and complete before submission.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to review and analyze documentation, including property valuations, rent rolls, renovation budgets, entity formation documents, and financial statements.

They will also be able to proactively identify potential issues early in the process and develop solutions before they become problems. Additionally, they must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with customer service orientation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably in investment property, private money, bridge, DSCR, or ground-up construction
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment terminology, loan structures, title commitments, and entity structures (LLCs, trusts)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with proven ability to catch errors before submission
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, with ability to anticipate issues and develop solutions independently
  • Technical proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and loan processing software
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining 100% accuracy and quality standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with customer service orientation
