Job Title:

A financial professional responsible for managing accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Filing: Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required, demonstrating our commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine our accounts payable processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
