Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company payables, ensuring prompt payment to suppliers.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Manage all company payables, including processing and reconciling invoices, preparing checks, and overseeing petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare and disseminate payment reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions in QuickBooks/BIR Program, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Release payments to authorized parties, following established protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in AP roles, preferably with bookkeeping background.
  • Two to three years of experience in payables management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and government compliance tools.
