About the role

Prime Sales Incorporated is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, from invoice processing to vendor management, to ensure the timely and accurate payment of our financial obligations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process invoices and other accounts payable documents in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Maintain detailed records of all accounts payable transactions
  3. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  4. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt payment of bills
  5. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year' experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounts payable best practices and procedures
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
