Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our kiosks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to educate customers on digital channels.

The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting digital channels, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. They will also be required to engage with new and existing customers to promote Globe products and services.

  • Provide customer support via face-to-face digital user assistance or education
  • Attend to sales and service needs of customers
  • Process sales and services applications and transactions in the system
  • Handle payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital channels
