The Brand Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across above-the-line and below-the-line channels in a cost-effective manner. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty by designing and implementing impactful marketing materials and campaigns that strengthen the company's brand presence in the market. RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, social media, and e-commerce platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement

Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and tracking performance against key metrics and ROIDevelop monthly social media calendars and manage content for product promotions and brand visibility

Utilize various digital platforms to post advertisements aimed at boosting brand awareness and sales conversion

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including contract negotiations when necessary

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisorQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or any related course

With experience in marketing, advertising, or brand-related roles, including a proven track record in creating and managing brand campaigns

Strong background in brand management, marketing principles, PR marketing, and digital marketing

Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills

Skilled in handling multiple complex, ongoing tasks and projects

Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights

Knowledgeable in social media content creation, community management, and basic social media management tools

Highly creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization

Adaptable to various and changing work situations

Advantageous to have wide networks in media and retail linkages, and background in industry research and competitor reviews

Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in a hybrid setup. Must be willing to work in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.
