Job Summary

As an Inventory Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team across various manufacturing facilities to identify and improve SAP business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy system solutions to enhance supply chain systems and resolve process issues.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of business processes, identifying SAP gaps and implementing best practices.
  • Enhance SAP proficiency and process knowledge within the organization.
  • Design and maintain training materials and knowledge content.
  • Train and develop the supply chain user community.
  • Create business requirements documents and analyze ROI for systems enhancements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and deployment of latest SAP updates.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across the supply chain organization.
  • Address and resolve SAP issues as a liaison between the supply chain team and IT department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including materials resource planning, engineering master data, and SAP capabilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, procurement, or industrial engineering.
  • Excellent project management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Solid influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and persuade associates at all levels.
  • Capacity to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Travel required (10-20%).
