About the Opportunity

The Inventory Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Planner by ensuring accurate and timely product allocations to retail stores. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to stock management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Allocation: Allocate inventory to stores based on agreed schedules, adjusting allocations as needed in response to sales trends, events, and environmental factors.
  • Monitor sales performance at store level and highlight replenishment opportunities.
  • Support planners with actionable insights to optimize stock turns.
  • Retail Support: Ensure promotional stock is allocated and monitored to maximize sell-through.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to expedite urgent orders when required.
  • Data Management: Maintain accuracy of allocation data within planning tools. Produce regular allocation and sales performance reports.
