Training and Support Expert

This role entails providing comprehensive guidance and support to employees, focusing on their growth and development within the organization. As a Training and Support Expert, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and transition to independent work.

The key responsibilities of this position include conducting new hire orientations, processing and product training, and guiding employees through various stages of growth. Additionally, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs, including advanced training for career advancement and leadership roles.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new hire orientation and provide ongoing support to ensure successful onboarding
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching to employees to help them overcome challenges
  • Support employees during transitions and facilitate exit processes as needed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and coaching skills, as well as the ability to create and deliver effective training sessions. Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and MS Office is also beneficial. Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills are essential, along with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in training and support
