Revenue Operations Specialist

This critical role supports Sales and Marketing teams by optimizing operations, enabling customer-facing teams with necessary systems, data, and processes.

About the Role:
  • Systems Management: Manage Salesforce setup and optimization for Sales and Marketing teams, including page layouts, custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, processes, and reporting.
  • Marketing Technology Ownership: Manage and optimize ParcelHero's entire marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools, with a focus on Hubspot.
  • HubSpot & Salesforce Expertise: Serve as administrator and expert for both platforms, developing strategies to maximize capabilities in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Marketing Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows in Hubspot and Salesforce to streamline marketing processes, improve lead nurturing, and increase efficiency.
  • Email Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize email marketing automation efforts within Hubspot, including lead nurturing flows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and post-sale customer engagement.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Build, document, and maintain key sales processes (e.g., lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting), partnering with Sales leadership to refine sales journey operations.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Own Sales and Marketing data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems, developing comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Lead Forecasting: Develop accurate lead forecasting models to predict future lead generation and revenue performance, collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Create scalable processes that support company growth and improve team efficiency across Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with GTM leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align strategy and enablement initiatives.
