Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive financial record-keeping for a rapidly growing business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, amortizations, and more.
  • Perform monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure clean books and identify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Prepare accurate monthly profit and loss statements and comprehensive financial reports for management review.
  • Provide timely and actionable financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting with a focus on bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Proven track record of managing complex financial data and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
