Associate Manager Talent Acquisition Job Description

The role of Associate Manager Talent Acquisition is to oversee daily productivity numbers and ensure hiring procedures follow company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
  • Implement effective recruitment processes in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, operations, and shared services teams to define job requirements and assess candidate suitability.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by continually reviewing and improving content, methodology, delivery, and process.
  • Support organizational challenges as they arise.
  • Ensure timely interviews for candidates endorsed by the sourcing team.
  • Develop a positive new hire onboarding experience through ongoing evaluation and improvement of curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years BPO experience in a similar capacity (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism maintained at all times.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team building abilities essential.
