Instructional Specialist

As a skilled instructional specialist, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Develop and revise training materials and documents to enhance staff performance.
• Compile accurate reports to inform business decisions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Lead multi-week training sessions for new hires, including blended learning and floor training.
• Coach learners in nesting and BQM environments.
• Design and facilitate product, behavioral, or tool change type learning experiences.
• Monitor new hire progression and enhancement training, providing feedback and implementing solutions.
• Guide trainees to achieve performance metrics through coaching and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• At least one year of experience as an instructional specialist or trainer.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships across functions through proactive communication.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
