As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily productivity numbers and ensuring that hiring procedures for all levels comply with Sutherland and Government policies. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing, Operation, and Shared Services Teams to guarantee that job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and talents are assessed against appropriate criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high standards of productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies that adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.
  • Conduct interviews in real-time and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years BPO experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think strategically and anticipate trends accurately.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team building abilities.
