We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily productivity numbers are met, while also ensuring hiring procedures for all levels follow relevant policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government policies in all hiring procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing, Operation, and Shared Services Teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and talents are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience by enhancing content, methodology, delivery, and process.
  • Provide support to organizational challenges and ensure candidates endorsed by the sourcing team are interviewed in real-time.
  • Deliver a positive new hire onboarding experience by continuously improving the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university (desired).
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in a similar capacity (desired).
  • Proficiency in various MS Office Suite applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team building abilities are essential.
