Responsibilities:Corporate Governance Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate the corporate governance framework; ensure alignment with regulations and standards; handle Board Committee Meetings and license renewal processes. Policy Implementation and Management: Assist in developing and communicating governance policies; conduct training; support management on governance matters.

Regulatory Compliance Reviews: Conduct compliance assessments; identify risks; support monitoring programs. Compliance Advisory: Provide guidance on compliance issues; stay updated on regulatory changes; prepare regulatory filings. Reporting: Prepare compliance reports; maintain records; document policies and procedures.

Requirements:Background in corporate and insurance laws

Open to new bar passers; experience in financial sector compliance is a plus

Strong knowledge of governance principles and compliance requirements

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and compliance
