We are seeking a skilled professional to migrate our core operations to Zoho One.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration. This role involves migrating inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.

  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in Zoho One and experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)

  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
