Zoho Expert for Jewelry Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Zoho professional to spearhead the migration of our jewelry operations to this powerful CRM platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating company data and processes, ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks, maintaining and optimizing the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy, training team members on utilizing Zoho applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
Requirements- Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
- Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
- Full-time, remote position in the jewelry industry.
- Mid-senior level role with opportunities for growth and development.
