Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic content specialist to lead our content engine, driving pipeline growth, thought leadership, and brand authority.

This role involves owning the editorial calendar, planning, producing, and optimizing content across formats. Collaboration with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts is required to create content that resonates with our target audience in B2B.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results, excellent writing and editing skills, and a strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full content engine, shaping editorial strategy, and distributing content across multiple channels.
  • Driving strategy: aligning content with business goals and ensuring content cuts through the noise in B2B.
  • Repurposing content effectively: turning one big idea into a dozen pieces of content across channels.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: partnering with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Measuring & optimizing: tracking performance and refining what works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong project management chops.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and basic understanding of marketing automation.
